    I'm sure people have had success with it in the past but yes it is against the rules to ask for a hook up.

    Im just looking for people to chill with, since I graduated High School 4 years ago my number of friends has severely decreased.

    Not only that but one of my best friends spent a year in the same cell with the very same guy, said he was all nice and this and that, never talked to my friend again after that.
