hi guys im from ireland,,im new to growing,even do im smokeing for years now,i have plants upstairs but my heating has broken down,,is heat important for the plants,i have read that heat is good in the veg state ,but it will grow still ,but not has big,also the lower the heat the more thc(is it ture),,,,,,,thanks for the help
The proper temperature range is important. The ideal range is mid to upper 70s Fahrenheit (23-26C). Above 90F (32C) and the plant can have trouble with CO2 uptake and moisture control. Nightime temps dipping down into the mid to upper 40s F (7-9C) are getting to the limit, should be OK but only if you get decent warm periods during the day. Colder than that, or that cold without being warm enough during the day, and you could have significant growing problems.
