So I've seen and read the entire thread of the Glasstafarian incident and I was kinda dissapointed but not entirely put off. I've been looking to get an ice pinch slide and I was trying to get a custom one made by Talon but he recently closed down his Etsy shop so I decided to give Glasstafarian another thought since him and Talon are in the same price range. So with that said I was wondering if anyone has had any recent interactions with him and if he has improved himself in terms of customer service and quality.
I've only ever heard of that one singular incident regarding Glasstafarian. It certainly hasn't put me off. Have a look at glass4est on ETSY. He taught Talon.
