is germinating necessary?

its not "neccessary" persay.... but you will have a MUCH higher success rate with your seeds if you do germinate them though

 

Let's just say that if your seeds don't germinate, you won't have any plants.

 

You can put the seeds directly into soil without soaking them first if that's what you're asking.

 

yeah not many plants try the paper towel method in nature!

Many growers just pop seeds directly into their mediums. But I've always used paper towel.
