I found a 4" carbon filter setup and a 250w light from the seller "apluschoice". He has over 30,000 reviews, but I don't know if ebay stuff is shitty. And I know I can build a carbon scrubber for cheaper, but it's just easier to order everything like that. Plus I've got a whole cab to build and I need to start growing. I'm legal now and pot's expensive haha.
HTG Supply has a 250w for less. It's just not an electronic ballast. High Tech Garden Supply I would invest in a CAN filter. They're more expensive but it's worth it in the long run.
