Is caffeine bad for my plants?

  1. So I had this idea for organic slug repellent; strong, highly caffeinated tea sprayed on the leaves of the plants (because as most of us know, slugs don't like caffeine or it kills them or something). I'm just scared that it might hinder their growth because I heard that caffeine slows plant growth.

  2. BUMP

I was sort of thinking I had brought something to the table for organic growers.

  3. Well...You kind of answered your own question in post number 1. How about this, YOU try it on YOUR plant and report back to us. Indeed, you may have something awesome, but I'm not trying it.

  4. I guess I could try it on one of em. Who knows, it may add some flavor or some other cool shit.
