Is anyone familiar with the diversion program in florida

    I saw their was another thread on here about the diversion program. That thread went off topic and has useless information

    Anyways I got busted the other day for paraphernila and possesion I had .3 grams

    Any idea what im going to be in for. I know I have a drug test in 2 weeks

    Idk what the diversion program is, but if its your first offense, youll probably just get probation..

    I know a dude who was caught with pot, coke, and xanax on him, it was his first offense, and he only got a year of probation.

    I live in southern florida as well, so youll probably be ok..
