Is a NORMAL Hortilux MH 400 any better than the rest?

I thought it was the enhanced spectrum, but didnt look closely. It casts a muich different hue than the Sylvania and GE's I've used in the past. They post a spectrum chart, but I cant interpret it. Seems to be a 'yellower" light
