Iron/Third Lung MFLB attachment

    Check out this homemade attachment to the already great MFLB. This is for when you want to get extra ripped.

    I made mine last night and it actually works surprisingly well, everybody should give it a try!

    Love the concept but would like something other than a grocery bag.

    Yeah, I used a produce bag like he suggested and it works well, but I'm sure there is something that is much more efficient. The bags are just so common so it's the main way, if that makes sense.

    This thing gets me torn.
