[IRC] Improved GC Chat

    GC IRC v2​
    Well, the server we were all using before was really shitty. I registered a channel on GameSurge and I can allow the mods to be auto oped.

    Server: irc.gamesurge.net
    Channel: #grasscity

    Java Client: http://gc.evilpig.info
    Stats: http://gc.evilpig.info/stats/ (updated nightly)

    Register on Gamesurge if you want.

    X-Chat Instructions

    Click \"Add\" and give the server a name like GameSurge

    Then select the new server you just made, and click \"Edit\"

    Then in the new page, click edit again, and change the server to: irc.gamesurge.net

    Then at the bottom, where it says \"Channels to join\" type: #grasscity

    Close that, then click connect.

    Haha. That was awesome last night. Glad we even got people idling in here too.

    But most of us are from north america, so the nights are pretty quiet.

    I need help never used irc before in my life and i got this error

    Unable to connect : java.security.AccessControlException : access denied (java.net.SocketPermission irc.gamesurge.net resolve)
