With Egypt cracking down on illegal smuggling routes, it will be interesting to see what direction Hamas will be taking; whether or not it prefers to make peace with Israel or continue its doctrine of destroying Israel and allowing its people to live in misery.

  2. It's funny how all of Israel's enemies are all either facing massive civil war or political turmoil. Israel need not have to launch any military campaigns; they can just sit and watch their Arab neighbours murder each other.

  3. You have a horrible way of looking at Arabs if this is how you think of the situation of civil war.

  4.
Lets not pretend that western influence has nothing to do with any of the Arab uprisings.

    CIA/Mossad are completely guilty.

But I do find it interesting Iran cut Hamas' money off as punishment for supporting the rebels, most of whom are terrorist cunts, but I'm not surprised since Iran and Syria are strong allies.

Just goes to show ya Iran does not support terrorism.

  5.
Both sides are guilty of terrorism.

  6. It's odd that a lot of people are supporting the rebels, especially western nations and such, you would wonder why the Government is doing this to their people. You need to wake up then, because what's going on in Syria right now is what would go on in the US, UK, Israel, China, etc. My/Your government would surely treat you like this..

Characterizing wars and massacres as "amusing" is rather disturbing. To view such atrocities as entertainment reveals a very depraved outlook.

The reality is our best friends have always been extremists and it's long been a strategy of the US to foment sectarian conflict. Just look at what we did to Iraq.

What will the long term consequences be of our actions in Syria? Someone should be asking that question.

edit: Seriously, as a country we should hit the pause button for a second and realize the US is allying itself with Hamas, Al Qaeda and random very radical Sunni Islamist thugs to take out Assad. Shouldn't someone say this before we entrench ourselves any further in a sectarian proxy war?

this picture will appear in our history textbooks with the caption: "Few objections were raised against the policy of backing the Sunni Islamist radicals to remove Assad's regime from power. Seemed like a good idea at the time."

</blockquote>Israel doesn't want peace with Hamas.
