So not some desperate weed addict, my friend just wants to get my old iPod off me as I have no use for it now. How much bud should I trade it for? I am only selling it to him since we've known each other for so long. He deals and recently reupped his stash so he doesn't have any cash to trade it for. How much bud should I insist on? The iPod is 8GB, blue, 5th generation.
I see them selling online for anywhere from $130 to $200. What condition is yours in? If it's still practically brand new, $100 worth of weed seems like a decent deal for both of you.
Yep what ever they sell for online (not the highest but the average price) in weed prices for your area. Then go ask your friend what he thinks its worth and see if its higher or lower. Obviously if its higher take that trade, if lower ask for more weed
Where do you live OP? That will make a big difference on how much you should get. I'd say $100 would be fair seeing as they sell for around $120 refurbished some places online. So you should get anywhere between 5 and 10 grams.
Depending on the quality of the weed ask for something between a quarter ounce and a half ounce. If it's AAA top grade medicinal you'll ask for less than if it were some mediocre weed he grew in his closet. Nobody can really give you a figure since we don't know the variables. Again ballpark would be quarter to a half ounce.

He's saying this Let X= price in dollers you want to sell Ipod for Y= price of weed per gram in your area SO X/Y = # of grams ipod is worth In case you didn't pass high school algebra that means X divided by Y equals # of grams Ipod is worth remember X is how much the ipod is worth in dollers and Y is how much weed costs per gram So here an example if you still don't get it Lets say ipods cost $100, and weed costs 10 a gram in your area SO: 100/10 = 10. 10 grams would be a fair trade Or lets say Ipods cost $150 and weed costs $11 a gram 150/11 = 13.64. So about a half ounce.
