Does anyone else have this issue? I haven't been able to load new notifications on the app since January 20th was my last notification that successfully loaded when I swipe down to reload it just continues to reload that as the newest notification. Tried that every week since the failure. I have the 5c gf has the iPhone 7. Both cleared caches and reinstalled app. She just updated her phone and still no go. Hers actually is blank after the refresh. It doesn't show any past notifications at all and mine shows all up until the 20th. I have yet to install the latest update on my iPhone because I don't like the changes on Hers. I just received the notification for above reply from my phone. And i also checked my wife's phone which i use for testing and she told me notifications are working accurate. We also didn't hear any single complain regarding this .Are you sure you have notifications enabled on your phone ?
Are we talking about the notifications sent to my phone? Because I'm talking about the notifications in the sidebar above messages. My messages works fine. My notifications do not. What iOS of iPhone are you using? And would cellular data service mean anything or country of origin? Just curious because we literally haven't been able to get it to work and we have tried everything. I read all the previous threads about cache clearing. I seen your iOS test forums but realized they are merely just that lol. For real I'm stumped definitely if yours are working. I will in morning. But we did it with her phone to see if it changed things. It didn't. Then we redownloaded the app and cleared the cache. Still no change. So I haven't updated mine yet because the new lock screen on hers blows and I hate it. But I shall try that for my phone as well I guess.
