I've owned it a couple days without a problem, but today it wouldn't turn on. I'm pretty sure it's full of butane and i have no idea what the problem could be. Help please! thanks in advance
have you actually filled it since you bought it? if not then go buy some butane and fill it up. Other than that i have had 0 problems with my iolite so i cant really help... i just know mine needs to be filled every 3 bowls approx
