anyone have an idea why it wont ignite. ive had it for 2 years now and worked fine. using bronson butane but lit before many times. any ideas. thanks
Just send the guys at Iolite an email, they're really helpful and will probably just end up sending you a new one if you send yours to them for repairs.
I just bought one of these thing's today and it's awesome. Op, I was weary of that problem before purchasing because if that happens, well your pretty much screwed.
That's probably the cause of your problem. They recommend that you use Vector 5X butane. Try bleeding the iolite's butane tank and refill it with a 5X butane. Do this 3 times. After the 3rd refill, turn it on, but wait 15 seconds before trying to spark it.
