I am a (very) small time grower and through an accidental set of circumstances found myself at a fairly large backyard grow (other business). I was cool, they were cool, no problems there, but their plants were awesome! Huge, healthy, clearly these people know what they are doing. I could not really chat about the grow - would not have been professional in my other capacity. But I would like to learn about their techniques and soil, fertilizers, etc. as we live in the same area. I would like to offer to help trim, in exchange for the experience and conversation. Would that be at all welcome for someone with only experience of trimming my own (small) (tiny) (weenie) harvest? What would be a good way to ask without seeming creepy? I am a pleasant enough person, but I am an old guy and they are a good bit younger.
Medical? Just knock on their door and say something along the lines of "hey, I noticed your beautiful plants the other day and I was wondering if you had some tips? Maybe we could chat and I'd help you trim as a thank you."
Hmmm I don't know about that. I'd be weirded out if the cable guy (don't know what you do, just an example) showed back up at my house. Is there any way you can talk to them outside of their home? Or go back in a business capacity and just mention it?
