so im from england, so the prices on this site are weird to me. i have regular "smoking partys"(10+ people gather just to have a smoke) in england the law against weed is always changing from a class "B" to "C", but the police dont care. me and a bunch of mates were sittin in a corner of a big park near where i live, they came over while we were passin the bong around and all they said was "keep it quiet and tidy up after you leave". and thats me - im a student at college, and in my spare time im normally stoned, just like the rest of us.
