I partly agree but not totally. All the legal "herbs" are bullshit like IO sells. There are some other herbs that will have effects, but you want to purchase them seperate not in some bs overpriced mix IO sells. For example, blue lotus, kava, kratom.. Research the herb on erowid, don't buy legal herb mixes.
