Okay so when I set my 400w digital ballst up it caused interference that made my cable guy come ot my house without me knowing an install a filter to try to block it. This ended up blocking my internet completely and some on demand channels. So another cable guy got dispatched and of course I unplugged it as soon as he got there. He seems to think that the filter what was causing the problem but of course I kept it unplugged the whole time he was there and haven't plugged it back in. If I switched over to a magnetic ballast would I run into this problem again? I think they would catch on if there were anymore problems.
