  1. I dont often workout but i decided to take a bong rip between each set of exercises. (ex. 40 situps then bong rip.) then after each rip i increased the amount of repetitions. as a result i found exercising easier as i got higher and the overall high is much more intense. I can see how exercising improves my high since when you exercise your brain releases anadamine which are your natural cannabonoids. what are your thoughts on this? i recommend trying this method for a stronger high
