Interesting way to get kief out of stash jars

    So we've all been here; you run out of weed and you really need to get high. :mad:

    So you look in your stash jar. :confused:

    Oh damn, look at all that kief just chillin in there. :hello:

    But you know you can't just pick it up with your fingertip, or wipe it up with a little piece of rolling paper. How the fuck do you get it out of there. :eek:

    This is where my brain takes over. :cool:

    First scrape yourself a little ball of resin, c'mon everyone can get a little bit of resin from somewhere. Scrape that piece again! :devious:

    Good, now take that resin and roll it around with your fingers till its pretty sticky but it doesn't stick to your hand at all (important!). :D

    Final step people, now take that little ball of resin and roll it around in your stash jar (make sure to get the corners and the lid, if your stash jar has a lid) , knead the kief into the little ball of resin and repeat. before you know it your little ball of resin will be a super potent kief/resin ball. :)

    Final final step: get "fuckered" up! :smoking:

    Notes:

    It is best to do this when your stash jar has quite a bit of kief in it, or you have multiple stash jars.

    I was excited when I came into this thread. I got abunch of keif in my mason jar. Smoking resin is pretty gross though. I dont think its worth it. But if you normally smoke resin anyways that sounds like a pretty good way to get some keif too.

    put a bit of isopropyl alcohol in there, shake for a few seconds, pour onto evaporating dish, wait until completely dry, scrape and smoke.

    Yes, this also works but its time consuming and for me ruins the taste even more than resin does.

    No, I don't like resin at all but the amount that you need to get the kief out is really minimal so yeah...not too big of a deal.

    I've never noticed any taste. As long as you get 70%+ iso, I don't see how any flavor could be left behind.

    I do what the OP suggests, but without the resin, and just roll it into mini balls of hash, tasty stuff.

    I use the alcohol method. There's no weird taste or anything if you have some patience and let the science do its thing.

    I use my finger + butter knife and scrape off the stuff or just lick my finger and wipe the jar and then roll it into a smal keif ball and scrape any remaining on my thumb.

    Or just take a piece of paper, put it on the top covering the hole, then flip the jar over, cup paper, pour into hand?
