Ever heard of Ken Wilber? I havent until today... But I am already a fan based off the few youtube videos I have already watched. Just finished this whole series, and found it very interesting. Interesting video. I'd like to find out what he has to add to Eckhart's techniques for being in the now. I've used Eckhart's methods and they work really well.
