hey gc i have my intake coming from outside. in the cold weather season the air is obviously going to be cold. what should i do about this. only option i can think of is running to the inside of the house, but that also eliminates the co2 from the fresh air
if it gets up to 87 when both the t5 AND the 400w are on, then you can blow some of that cold air on there in my opinion. im assuming your fan isnt CRAZY large blasting freezing air onto the girls
i would direct the cold air toward the hood to help dissipate the heat from the hood and it will deflect into the grow area from there supplying fresh air to the babes
thats about the only thing i can do i guess, they will go into shock if they recive the cold air though right?
maintain your temps at the plants around 70-85 with lights on, and you will be fine. optimum temp is about 75, so if you can arrange the temps at the plant height around there, you will be golden
