Instant Pot Brownies!

    First off, I credit my mom for finding these brownies for me.

    I've discovered a new dessert I've never tried. It was an instant brownie mix. All you do is add 2 tbsp of water to this brownie mix in a little bowl they provide. You then microwave it for 40 seconds and you have instant brownies! You wouldn't think that something like this would be good, but it actually is. They are not overly gooey or anything. Anyways. I was thinking that if you had cannibutter you could add some melted to the brownie mix to make an instant edible. I plan on trying this when I make some cannibutter.

    This is the exact brand I had. Made both for my husband and I. You find it at Aldi's food stores. ALDI - Special Purchases from September 6, 2009

    I'm looking to see if Walmart has anything like this too. I'll update when I find one.

    Ive done this with the better crocker cakes instant cakes but DONT put it in a microwave. Use an oven instead preheat to 350 bake for 10 min.
