Inside to Out

i am growing some sprouts up to about a foot then am planting them outside in a plot, i have them on 24 hour cfl lighting if i put them staight out are they gona freak out and go hermi and flower and all that jazz or can they take the change? i was thinking it might be too crazy for my little plants to go from 24 to 13 or 14 hours of light
