Recipe Infused coconut oil

    Looking for a recipe with good trim and popcorn bud weight. Everything I find is for buds. Is there a conversion ?

    I don't think you need much of a conversion. I would use a lower level of THC, perhaps 10-12%, rather than 15%, but your good trim and popcorn buds should be nearly as potent as the bigger buds.

    i go around 14 grams of popcorn per cup of oil i use a coffee grinder then decarb first

    Ok. I have the 8 oz of coconut oil infused wit 14 gm . How to figure out the dose ? The math confused me every time. I kinda suck at it

    Assuming an average trim/larf potency of 15%, it would be (14 x 0.15) / 8 = 0.2625 grams or 262.5 mg per oz of coconut oil.

    If you use, for example, 2 oz of oil per batch of 24 brownies, you'd have 525 mg per batch, and 525 / 24 or roughly 22 is your mg/dose.

    Actual numbers might be lower or higher, depending on potency and extraction/infusion efficiency.

    i just infused 2 oz of canola with 14 grams of bud not shake and was able to make 24 brownies that were pretty strong I think your mix may be on the weak side

    what do you plan on doing with the oil? cooking or putting it in capsules or what?

    1st time so I wanted to try a variety. Definitely caps and maybe some chocolate and in my coffee.

    6 tsp = 1 fl oz, so about 44mg / tsp.

    262 mg/ounce would give you about 40 mg tsp.
