Indoor 4x4 Mephisto Auto Grow

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Indoors' started by CanadianChronic420, Nov 4, 2019.

  1. Been a while since I've posted on here.

Got 3 autos from mephisto seeds goin right now in a promix based medium in fabric grow pots (not my usual medium bit theres not a great selection in winter in Canada) with 2 philzon 1200w led lights (abt 650w from the wall if I remember right).

The big one i bent twice is the ripley og. Its lookin really good and starting to flower. Every time I bent plants in the past the yield has been considerably better.

The medium is a northern cheese haze that I didn't bend yet cause it doesn't really have the height and strength i like when i do that, I might just leave her alone to grow natural not sure yet its a little late (already showing hairs).

The small is a Jammy Dodgers I got for free and it ain't doin too hot. Really stunted and most of the leaves have been dieing off. Must be the pheno because its been treated the exact same way as the other 2. Its been lookin a little better the last few days so I'll leave it to see what's up.

Its been about a month to a month and a third so far. Last pic is a little older.

    I'll update as it goes.

  2. They're doing really good. The Ripley was bent 2 more times and I've been rearranging the side branches to get the best light. This one again shows how well bending works.

I bent the Northern Cheese haze once and it helped some of its side branches grow out a bit. Its the furthest into flower so far. Not the best pic of it tho tbh (front right plant).

The jammy dodgers is doing really well after its rough start. Not gonna bend it but I've been rearranging leaves and branches a bit. received_553484095413481.jpeg received_1287066854832548.jpeg received_997525473929151.jpeg received_1012585092414880.jpeg received_2383157011901394.jpeg received_422131898474433.jpeg

  3. Quick update they are all in flower now and the jammie dodgers that was doing so poorly has outgrown the northern cheese haze. The Ripley is getting huge too 20191117_185254.jpg 20191117_124035.jpg 20191117_124053.jpg 20191117_185322.jpg 20191117_185315.jpg 20191117_185312.jpg

No bending is low stress and takes a couple days. I do that by using a string to tie the main branch down at the top and some colas to get then where I want em. After a few days they turn and grow back up making an s shape. This can be done several times.
I don't like the idea of super croping damaging the stem so much.
You can see the red yarn i used in some pics.

  7. The jammy and the northern cheese hze are getting pretty close. The jammy is packing on crystals and has really caught up from its slow start. The northern cheese haze is less crystally but smells really nice and most hairs are going orange. Probably both will be done in another couple weeks if not sooner.

The ripley og is going to take a while but its getting really big for an auto. As its branches started putting on weight they started sagging pretty low so I tied them up (the red yarn). The branches are growing significantly more side branching too which is surprising. Really responding well to all the bending and reorganizing. I think I'd want to use a trellis next time with just 2 of the ripley ogs in it. 20191127_111117.jpg 20191127_111206.jpg 20191127_111214.jpg 20191127_111057.jpg 20191127_111049.jpg 20191122_211455.jpg 20191127_111033.jpg 20191127_111043.jpg 20191127_152916.jpg
