The Good news is it works great. The questionable- the "start" button is supposed to glow WHITE. It doesn't. The same button is supposed to blink three times to show it's charging. It blinks Five Times. Will it blink the TEN times to indicate it NEEDS charging? I don't know. The reason I have no answers to these questions is that THREE LEFT MESSAGES with their "service" and at least ONE email over the past week have gone UNANSWERED. THE BAD- so far ZERO customer service.
I just discovered this vape literally a few mins ago and it looks beautiful and it's even more discrete than the pax.!. Couldn't find any info on it in a search on here so I'm looking forward to learning more about it.
