Incorrect Shipment

  1. Some friends of mine ordered the Acrylic Skull Bong from The City. But when they received their package it was not the item they ordered but a completely different bong instead. I was wondereing what we should do about this. thanks to anyone that can help.
     
  2. What BH said....Sorry for any inconvinence this caused you. Don't let it deter you from our City..... These things can/will happen....Your problem will be solved friend.
     
  3. We will ship you a replacent if we made a mistake in the warehiuse, just make sure to hansle everything through custumor support!
