Take a look at these light bulbs in the link below http://www.buylightfixtures.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=182 Supposedly it's an incandescent flood bulb that works well with indoor growing. Does anyone know if this is even worth it?
i bought 4 of those bulbs myself... i used them for about 3 days.. they throw tremondous ammount of heat for the ammount of light they produce and they waste a lot of electricity..plus they don't tell you the lumens they give out... i found cfl's a lot better..
right under those bulbs it says "This is usually okay to use when the plant doesn't require a lot of sunlight" i can't see how anyone would think these would be good for growing herb... u can send ME ur money if u don't want it
