I'm looking for a used guitar that's no more than $200. My money is in cash; it's not worth the trouble of an online transaction, unless it's my only choice. I'm going to post ones I'm interested in to get your thoughts on them. http://maine.craigslist.org/msg/4071658008.html ^ An Alvarez 5020. Seems like a good price and it's in good shape. An old friend said his roommate is selling a 'vintage Gibson Dove.' I looked up the price of it online.. and it was upwards of $3000! He's going to ask how much he wants for it. Doubt it'll be within my cheap ass range hahaha. http://maine.craigslist.org/msg/4068822049.html ^ Fender F-65. Looks beautiful, and I am partial to Fenders (only brand I've ever owned). The only reason I would pick the Alvarez over this is because of the price.. but I think I prefer this to the Alvarez.

My advice as far as buying an acoustic guitar for $200 would be: don't. I have yet to play/hear/see an acoustic guitar for that price that isn't a complete piece of crap. Save more money, and buy a decent guitar.
