I started cooking as a 2017 resolution to myself to eat less processed crap. Here are a few successes: this was yesterday, all from scratch except the cheese. The tomato sauce simmered for 8 and a half hours with diced onions,celery, garlic and various other spices. The meatballs are ground chuck, Italian sausage, fennel, red chili flake, garlic and herbs. fresh Italian bread for subs Barbacoa! English roast, beef stock, cumin, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, oregano, garlic, water, chili’s in adobo and S&P. Slow cooker for 10 hours.
