Yea but it's been so long since I harbecued. The last time was like. 3 years ago. I haven't had the chance to perfect it. My favorite thing is country ribs, ever heard of them?

  10. Looked em up but I found a ton of recipes all claiming the title country ribs hahah.

First thing i'm buying when I have the space is a nice barbecue, my best friend has one but he has no clue how to use it lol... we were grilling some steaks outside in the dead of winter and I told him we had to cook em longer cause its cold out, nah nah he says its fine, we got some mighty rare steaks lol. Lucky for me I like rare steak.

  11. The only kind of steak, is rare steak. Do y'all use charcoal or gas?

  12. His is gas but I've heard from people in the know that charcoal may in fact be superior ;) And like yeah I agree but like we're talking trotted the cow across the grill rare lmao.

  14. Had dinner at my friend's(the one with the barbecue) stupidly forgot to take pictures! I brought a couple nice T-bone steaks and we BBQ'ed those up(medium-rare of course) with loaded baked potatoes(sour cream, bacon bits, green onion, lots of garlic butter), and I carmelized some mushrooms and onions in the leftover garlic butter to top the steaks with. Had some nice cherry tomatoes from my friend's garden on the side.

10/10 wish I'd remembered to snap some pics.

Aren't country ribs actually slices of pork shoulder? I love me some shoulder :yummy: Here in central KY we slice it into thin strips and cook them over a coal pit, with a pepper and vinegar-based dip. Best served with potato salad or hash browns, beans, and vinegar slaw! :smoke:
