    Good Job Joe!!!!! :hello:
Everything looks fabulous. :D Congrats and REP

Harvest time is always tiring and tough, but man oh man its so worth it to fill those jars up.

So you did decide to grow the lower half of the plant a little bit longer? I always wondered if the results of harvesting the same plants at 2 different times were even worth it or not. What I mean by that is, when you chop those main cola's off that plant. The plant has to go into major shock, which in turn means its not going to produce too much while its trying to repair itself. However its not really in a repairing stage(vegetative state) its in a final stage of life for a female cannabis plant and all it can do is continue to flower(that would be the other side of the argument)? That is the question does the plant continue to flower or bloom, or does it stop flowering(blooming) when it goes into shock? Then at this point is a person merely wasting electricity and nutrients when in all reality the plant is just trying to fix itself. I guess I would like to know this for myself and future harvests.

So can anyone answer this question.

    I found this:

Doesn't really help scientifically. Just Opinions

Sorry Tommy all i got is an opinion too:cool:

The ICE came tumbling down today:hello: May have been worth trying lotta white hairs near the bottom of the ICE, but damn she were a leaf monster.

Was tired and cranky after cutting her when I snapped the pix so I am sorry if they aint to your standards Tommy:(:D

Tossed in the stems and some root porn too to go along. First stem and root is the AK and the second is the ICE. If the scissor hash is ANY indication of what I have ....HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:smoke::smoke:

  4. gonna take a guess and say that between both plants hanging (AK48 and ICE) that my dry weight going into the jars is going to be aprox 7 OZ. Think the AK is at about 4 and the ICE will be pretty damn close to 3

  5. Nice root porn, and tasty looking buds to. I hate when you get towards the bottom of the branches and the leaf's are just crazier and crazier makes you wanna give up and take a break. I'm curious as to how you hanging your branches up, and where, and what the temp and humidity and lighting is like for your drying.

  6. My buds are hanging in the garage on twine lines strung between a 6' step ladder and a small set of plastic shelves. The garage stays fairly dark, most of the time, naturally when I go out I turn the light on and it is across the room from the glow of the 600W I am running on the yumbolt. well insulated garage and shaded well by trees the normal indoor temps are lower to mid 60's and I don't have a hygrometer so the humidity is unknown. Haven't been keeping a fan on them or any thing and I jarred the BC in 7 days. May try about 10 days this time and go a bit dryer.

  7. Very good idea to go as long as possible. I have yet to make it past 6 days and my branches will snap like twigs. Optimal is 7 days +, temp around 65-70 humidity 50-60% some think 60 is a little too high, and total darkness is recommended. My area is too dry and too warm normally. That is one reason I opt to dry the complete plant vs chopping off branch by branch to hang and dry. Drying the entire plant takes more time so suck the last bit of moisture from the stock. But if you are able to dry 7-10 days with the branches cut from the stock that is amazing and keep doing what your doing. Its PERFECT.

  8. This was... beautiful and inspiring. :')

  9. The ICE had these thickass dark green covered in crystal leaves in the top of the colas!!! Some major hash material. Did affect the way I trimmed them. I am betting once they start drying and shrinking I will end up trimming some more on the ICE at least.

All 3 strains trimmed up different, you know that from your passion for multi strain grows.

  10. looking good joe, i wish i could dry the whole plant. it would be just to hard to trimm, so i do it by the branch. my basement stay really cool even in the heat of summer here.

  11. @[member="blakeshouse"] nice grow did. U keep the lights at the same height?
