This is not meant to be a long post, but after seeing countless discussions on this topic, I for one would prefer to have a centralised place to share experiences, without long drawn out stories. Hopefully, this will eventually grow into a wealth of knowledge that can be quickly found and referenced for those with similar questions/tales. To start it off: One night I felt like tripping on some dextromethorphan, all I had in stock was Delsym, which as we all know is the slow release formula, as the dxm is coated in polystirex. It went well, however th next day there were serious afterglow effects. I started writing a research paper due the next day, and all was going well. A friend stopped by with the intent to smoke me up, and I'm not one to deny him that. After smoking, it accidently upped the dex still in my system, giving me mad CEV's, as well as seeing OEV patterns that did not exist. It took 5 hours to write a three page paper like this, although I did pass with an average grade. In culmination, my point of view is that except under random and unexpected circumstances, I would seriously not recomend being under the influence of any drug while attempting schoolwork.
Boredom, as well as an odd and out of place sense of superiority following the usage of large words and complex sentence structure.
Hahahaha thanks, it really is fun. This world would be so much of a better place is people did that, cause in real life no one gets past 3 or 4 sentences without bursting into laughter
My biggest piece of advice is to use weed as a reward for doing the shit you have to do. Look at your weekends as the time to unwind after your shit for the next week is done. I've had to go a couple weeks without smoking because I had classes, meetings, study sessions, finals...and it sucked. A lot. But nothing was more satisfying than the first hit of the Blueberry Kush I bought to reward myself for going through it responsibly. The way I look at it, I'm just a part-time smoker until I get a real job, start making some real money, drive a nice car, and can smoke nothing but the absolute dankest weed in front of my 50" plasma TV and relax on my nights and weekends. And as I was writing that out, I have the biggest stoned smile on my face because I graduate and start my new job in 3 months.
I've done it before. It was extremely dumb my part, but hey, I got a B+. A LOT better than I expected
I did a huge amount of my art, design and media work blazed. Sometimes it inspires me, lets me think deeper about things and gives me an energetic enthusiasm for work that I generally don't get sober. I wrote an English essay stoned, once. That was hard. I was really unmotivated and it was overdue, so I smoked up and went at it. When I started (VERY baked) I couldn't remember the sentences half way through, so I'd have to go over them. Eventually, I finished the thing and handed it in the next day. I got my usual A mark. The teacher was impressed with my detail. I think as long as you know what you've got and how it can influence you, do whatever is most positive. Isn't that basic intelligence? lol
