lol, got banned on my other account, so i decided maybe its time i chill and explain things calmly and collectively. Well, i read something earlier on here about u.s shipping being delayed because of storms off the coast, and i was wondering if it could have anything to do with my situation. Ok, so i ordered 2 glass perc ice bongs from GC on june 29th. They made it through customs and all but they were shipped to a wrong address due to ither the fault of me, usps, or GC itself, idk i could care less. Ok, anyways, i called usps and emailed GC. Usps says, yes it was shipped to the wrong address, and it is going to be shipped back to the sender if not picked up, well it was shipped to new jersey and im in kentucky so you can see my problem. Well GC said they would be glad to send it back once it arrived back at their facilities. So everything was cool, they responded when i emailed and all. But, then weeks passed and i heard nothing. Emailed them a couple times actually and the last thing i heard (which was about a month ago) "we have to be patient and wait for it to returns to us" I give usps another call just to verify. They tell me that it was put on a plane the day after it was sent to the wrong address. This is about a month ago as well. GC has yet to email me back and i have no clue where my package is or if im even getting it at that. I just need a little insight on this predicament. Seeing how i'm a first time buyer of this site and i was referred to it, i don't really know how well their shipping is and what not. But i payed $200 for them and i was wondering what to do. I have heard some horror stories about the GC store so this does not surprise me. i dont know what to tell you my friend. you live, you learn.
Ya people have been telling me that GC customer service is terrible then on the other hand they tell me that its just because they're busy. Idk, all im worried about is ither my package or my money. They can be as crap as possible but i would still like to know whats gonna happen.
