    My girlfriend has smoked with me a few times. It was really only maybe a bowl pack or two of mids between us. I was pretty high afterwards, but she claims that she doesnt feel high. She claims that she feels the same after she smokes, just "a little more giggly". Is it really possible that she isn't getting high or is it just an excuse for her to not smoke with me?

    I've heard that there is a very small percentage of people that feel no effects from mj. poor, poor, people, they have my deepest sympathies. It may just be a rumor though.

    I try to get her to rip the bong but she claims it doesnt do anything for her so she wont do it... she's been talking about smoking with me this week though, so maybe it'll happen soon :)

    is she really hitting it? maybe she's nervous about it and is just faking you out to make you happy. I hope you don't pressure her into it. I really hate that kind of thing.

    She is nervous about it, she's told me that before. She won't smoke around any of my friends, just me. I wouldn't pressure her into anything, I just tell her that I'd really like it if she did it with me every now and then.

    It could be tolerance if she has smoked a lot recently but most likely she has an ulterior motive.

    is she a new smoker? i've met people who don't really smoke but when they do they claim they feel nothing. i think those people expect too much from weed, thinking it's gonna have comparable effects to drinking or something.

    Shes a new smoker, never smoked before I came along... I don't know whats goin on.:confused: Oh well.

    Yeah i know the first few times i didnt know how to inhale properly,but bongs make it so easy

    She says she wont hit my bong because its "nasty." But she also said the only thing she would ever smoke is a J and I got her to smoke out of bowls a few times... but hopefully this time she'll hit the bong.

    marijuana has a priming effect. it takes most people a few times to get high. (took me 3)
