Immediate Flowering From Seedling Stage, Can It Be Done

    hi everyone, I have been growing marijuana indoors for many years, its a long story, but I have reduced my size grow to a closet size grow,  I was taught when I was learning to grow that you have to wait till a regular plant from seed reaches 12 inches before flowering can be induced. my question is: can I flower a plant from the seedling stage, or almost from the seeding stage, if there are any experienced growers out there that would like to comment, I would appreciate it very much. if anyone has had any experience in trying to do this, or have done it, I would be very greatful for any answeres or comments you have, thanks
