I'm on my 4th rotation in perpetual harvest and I just thought I would share, for what it's worth. Your mileage may vary, but here is my current observation on lights in veg. The plants I veg under a light fixture I made using cfl's and led bulbs seem to out thrive the plants under metal halide or blurple led grow lights. I mix 3000, 5000, and 6500K on my 10 bulb fixture, only 3 bulbs of the 10 are 3000K. Originally I used splitters to make this a 20 bulb fixture and felt this was over kill so I removed the 2into1 splitters and it is doing so well that I'm making a bigger fixture so I can dispense with the halide and blurple fixture. In my flowering tents I have a 150 watts from the wall quantum board that I paid $139 for on Amazon and it included hanging hardware and a couple of other goodies and I will eventually replace all my other led's with this unit. That's it, I just thought it was worth mentioning that at least in veg, Home Depot will get you a stellar start.
I have a similar setup, but I have started to skip the veg and go straight into 20/20 end up with one big cola. My grow is for personal use.
