imac

    So my friend stole an imac somehow (i know not the right thing) but it has a password on it, and if I can figure out how to get the password off or get by it hes gonna sell it to me for 20 bucks. So is their anyway I can get past the main password? I don't know like what it has on it and Im not sure how new it is.

    Get a mac OSX 10.4 install disk, put it in, and reinstall the operating system. This will erase the data on the computer, but will take care of the password issue and you will have a fresh computer.

    You can download it at isohunt (google it) and then burn it.

    ok do I need a dvd burner, or will a cd burner work?

    Take the ram out 3 times and it will reset it.

    Dude, I have an ibook g4. I cant get over how good it is. You can customize it to anything you want. $20 is a great deal compared to my 1k. Have fun.
