I have a 6 4x8 tray perpetual grow, with 115 gallon reservoirs on ebb&flow, and I'm sick of having to pull everything apart to clean. A friend of mine uses garden armor tray liners, anyone have any experience with this product? http://hydrogardenarmor.com/index.ph...4bsishrutl3bk7
I am a dirt puppy and will never take a bath. Too much work and from watching my hydro buddies - they have to be married to the deal. I on the other hand only need to water every couple days and don't even go in the room otherwise. Didn't really have an answer to your question but just wanted to rub it in - all my free time.
Are your res's and trays exposed to open light? They shouldn't be getting that gummy. I'm doing dwc and for the most part i just splash some fresh water and a lil bit of organic cleaner type solution to wash the buckets and gear out and I'm good to go.
soil is just too simple to get into wasting time with fancy hydro systems that are prone to failure. Mother Nature knows best.
