People like you bug me because weed prices differ greatly from state to state, the price is mostly about location so just because you get it cheaper doesn't mean the next guy does. ALOT of people pay $100 for 1/4 including myelf here in MA. I'd say he's going overboard with that extra $20, unless it's some real special I guess.
$100 for a quarter is not a ripoff at all for good cannabis. Weed prices are different depending on where you live because of supply and demand. Normal street price here in Cali is $90 a quarter. I dont pay that much but I have been smoking for 15 years and I know a lot of growers/suppliers. ps. your not a scum
I live in Morgantown which you would think we'd have good prices considering WVU is right in town but all the dealers are college kids trying to make money for college so the prices are jacked.

Ok so here's an update of my situation...last night I basically told him that I would smoke him up but not pay him any money. He agreed so today after I finished my classes I hit him up told him to come on over and we rip a few tubes. He says that he isn't comic over and that he wants the 20 bucks. I told him that I wasn't paying him and he implied that he would jump me if I didn't. He told me to watch my back and I replied that I would and that was that. So now he wants to jump me over 20 bucks I'm not scared though cause he's a little bitch and I almost always carry a knife with me where ever I go.

The cheapest quarter of good dank i've gotten in the 7 years i've been toking was 100 bucks. and op your not scum, deals are final.
