i got off work about an hour ago, i got paid and went to cash my check. did that, then went to the michoacan next door for some Caldo De Res. i had been thinking of this soup all day. i put chili piquin and lime juice and rice in mine, but they didnt have any, just Menudo. and i fuckin hate Menudo. the soup itself is good, smells great, but the beef tripe in it is wack. i would love some barbacoa instead of the tripe. now i cant stop thinking of the caldo. my wife just left for work in our only car, and my kids will be waking up from their nap in a while. so ive been going through my phone to see if anyone want to bring some to my hous3 and hang out, but all my friends are busy. i dont have any of the ingredients to make some myself, so i can only sit here and express my hunger and anguish throuh the internet.
