Assuming you just got, way, way, way too high (been there). Drink a small glass of water. Eat a small meal. Then greenout. Or maybe try and throw up if you are really far gone.
Put yourself in a better state of mind. Listen to positive music. Watch a show you like. Hydrate. Eat. Sleep. Are you even talking about weed?
just understand it's only a drug, the feeling will go away eventually. i would say to drink water as well, always seems to help
