I'm so dumb, I didn't pre-germ my seeds, I just soaked them in water for 24 hours, then planted them in the soil. My question is, how long will they take to sprout if I keep the soil damp? Also, should I put a piece of saran wrap over the pots, to make like a mini greenhouse?
yes, saran wrap is good until they come through the soil. your seeds might germ on their own, but they might not. don't be surprised if your seeds never come up. it takes about three or four days to see anything if you pre germ them, so i dunno how things are gonna go for you. you've got a lot of research to do. seriously, read every sticky on this forum. you need the info obviously.
they could sprout as early as tomorrow, or as late as a month from now... i had an old seed sprout on me in an old pot after being in there for 6 weeks or so... little one started growing right beside my other plant just keep it wet, cover it with saran wrap (or a plastic baggie if its a small cup) and leave it in the sunlight
