so..theres these albino ball pythons...for free..that i mite be getting....thing is...im already the crazy animal lady...and i prolly shouldnt get them...i prolly will tho if they are still on the smallish side, im really hoping they are so that theres a bigger chance of getting them since i breed feeder/pet mice *ok..so i breed them for pet quality but i still get a bunch each round that are...unacceptable as pets so they get sold to a local petstore as feeders* so if they are still at that stage itll be a great way to lessen the population back down and get them to breeding again *ive got well over 20-30 mice* idk..what do my fellow blades say?
As long as you can afford to take care of them, as well as yourself, I say go for it! Oh, and take pics, I love Albino reptiles, and ball pythons are badass to begin with
i would say go for it. ball pythons don't get that big compared to other pythons (it was my mistake to get 2 baby burmese pythons hah, miss em tho). if you have the space for em and you think you can take care of em then do it
affording isnt the real issue at hand..and re-thinking the situation, even if i personally cannot keep them, id hate to think that these beautiful animals could go to an unsuitable home just on the fact that they are for free...so i was thinking that maybe i could rehome them with people that i KNOW would take care of them *let alone die for one at a great price* and it still comes down to the size of them if they are big enough to eat a ferret or cat this will NOT happen either way...not for keeps or re-homing...thats why im PRAYING *in a sense* that they are still relatively small oooohhh!! im hoping soo hard it hurts!! also..if i could get them to rehome...anyone on here think they mite appreciate one *or both maybe depending on the above* if there is shipping involved that would be all on you but that would be all youd pay for for one of them...i trust that the people on here..especially one that id talk to regularly...would give one the best home they could thanks for the push FOR the snakes guys...lol omg..i live in a zoo
this person lives in AFRICA!!! and just like myself is asking just for the shipping fees $200 for both snakes *that i cannot afford* she never answered my question tho on how big they are...but if anyone here would like the info to talk to this lady about getting them justask and ye shall receive

Heh, and I thought I was becoming the wacky animal guy on my block. We should be neighbors, skittlette!
I wouldn't worry about that too much, really. I have cats that knock everything in their wake to the ground, including my school 35mm (several times), and I still wouldn't be concerned about having a black widow in the house. It would be an amazing pet, so long as you secure the jar/cage to the table it's sitting on.
Aw, c'mon. You can't tell me it wouldn't be cool to wake up on a beautiful, sunny day with song birds chirping outside your window... only to realize that one of these cute little guys has built a web in the corner of your bedroom, perched itself precariously over your chest, and is just waiting for you to move. That's entertainment.
It really is! I love those things. These may be psychotic, early morning ramblings on a rainy day but I really do have an attraction to exotic insects. Except centipedes... *Shudders* Nasty fuckers...
im not worried about it..its where none of the other animals can get at it, and its over carpet IF it ever falls...but yeah...i dont fear anything in nature really..i highly respect everything for whatever power they mite have..like this particular spider being able to kill me..i respect that and give her her space and dont really disturb her, only to add food and water and remove an egg sack when necessary i need to get more crickets now that i think about it... even with the mice..i respect them..they can bite and hurt or give an infection *not disease but mice mouths arent that clean..* so i respect them so that i dont grab at them or do anything that would make them fear me to want to bite me... but yeah...the black widow rules...lol one day we had a buddy come over to smoke and he had never been upstairs in the room before, and he was there for a few hours, just chillin, watching mice and puppies and what not..then we brong out this jar as he's leaving..for the longest time he thot it was fake or dead and we were just joking with him that all this time he'd been within feet of this beautiful spider...so he was just like..ok then, make it move..so i tap the jar a little enough for a reaction...his eyes almost bugged out of his head! lol...it just freaked him out that he didnt even notice it
yeah..i dont like them much either...but again..i respect them...millipedes however..i LOVE them!!! im working on getting another pair of them soon too! we REALLY should b neighbors too!! lol
holy shit can you guys stop ? i was cool with albino snakes, and hamsters but gadamn black widow? :brr: I would run too..
