  1. Whats up guys im new to this forum, and i started reading more on Illinois' legalization.
    And i just read:
"Today, the Illinois Legislature adjourned for the summer. House Bill 30, a medical marijuana bill that would remove criminal penalties from patients and create a three-year pilot program, remains on “postponed consideration,” meaning it's still alive and will likely be called for a vote in the November veto session."
And its only a 3-4 vote difference they say anyways, the point of this is to ask how would i get my medical cannabis card if it does pass.
