Go to your state government"s website and follow the tabs to the Cannabis laws section and read. I'm sure they covered it and I bet you it's illegal. God knows we wouldn't want to make it easy on somebody to do this especially without giving their fair share of tax money to the blood suckers!
It is legal as long as both of you have letters of rec and follow the law. You might want to read up on prop 215 so you are aware of your rights. E
