Igniting Bee-Line Using a Candle ?

  1. So I heard somewhere, I can't remember where.... That if you ignite your Bee-Line using a candle, the candle wick lets off some sort of chemical that can get into your lungs and isn't good for you. Is this a myth ... Or is what I heard true ?

  2. i dont see why it would? its just a wick? its the bee line your lighting your weed with not the candle so the chemical wouldnt do shit even it there was one

  3. light it with it.

wait 2-3 seconds, only if you think you need to.

    but its just a wick,

which is just like the hemp wick your lighting.

if your concerned just let it burn a little bit.

  4. Yah, this is what I normally do. I continue to do it too, just thought I'd see if anyone else has heard the same thing. Or if it actually does do something, but it make sense that it wouldn't.

  5. i made some hemp wick yesterday and its crazy easy.

and i feel bad that people buy it.

i made like 20+ feet of it yesterday with 5$ worth of beeswax

  6. Really? The only stuff I found is @ Michaels, it's 1lb for $25.99 I think. I plan to make my own once I find a cheap source of beeswax.

  7. mine was 1 lb for 15 bucks,

then theres was some 30% sale at hobby lobby and i got a lb for 11 bucks.

    used about 1/3 of it.

and now i wanna sell it on etsy or something lol.

  8. Haha, do it up man. That stuff would probably sell pretty well  You can hook it up with a 100% discount !! Sounds like a decent plan I would say. :smoke:

  9. haha, what does beeline cost these days?

i bet i could make a little bit of money.

like i have an entire sandwhich baggie full of them all rolled up

enough for about half a lighter each.

  10. Wouldn't worry to much about the fums from the wick or anything effecting the beeline, after a second or two the part of beeline that made contact with the wick is already burnt.

  11. Well I got a box of 23 online for $20.99. I'm pretty sure you can get spools online for around the same amount, $20-$30.

Yah this is what I was thinking also doooode.

  12. Hit up any health food store or organic food store man it's like 5 bucks for a small block. Like the poster above said.

  13. Ah yes, my thoughts exactly. I plan to do so next time I'm near it. Thanks !

  14. When I made bee line myself I actually had a tough time tracking down real hemp twine. Most of the stuff you find in hardware stores is jute I actually had to find a store the specialized in hemp products.

  15. Haha, Yah man, that jute is some straight up hay.
