Ight, first grow.

Yo whatup guys, another first grow here.
 
Wanted to thank this forum for all the knowledge I have gained here first. My boy has tought me a bunch but his way of teaching was "teach yourself". I loved it; now all I think about is the success of this grow and just learning more.
 
For my first grow I chose to pick up some Og Ghost Haze #9 seeds by Rare Dankness Seeds. I also procured some Girl Scout Cookie Seeds from a QP i picked up from my friend. Now i know GSC genetics have been thrown around a bunch after its hype but ive seen the buds this genetic line produces. Now Ill be honest I dont personally know the guy my boy got the bud from but I am very excited. Im sure its of powerful lineage.
 
After testing temps in my 4x4x8 grow tent in my room and dialing in temps around 81 max and 68 min for a few days I germinated 10 OGH seeds and about 13 or so GSC seeds. The GSC seeds varried from very immature to about 4 healthy looking seeds.
 
So all my OGTH seeds popped and to my happy surprise 3 GSC seeds also popped (not including 1 stragler whom i think just wont cut it to the end.)
 
Yesterday 3 of 3 GSC sprouted and shat my face. Also 1 OGH Today(graveshift so last night is my morning haha). I could see the others pushing up.
 
Im at work right now cant wait to get home and see who pops up. Just water till they get about a foot. FFOF is very hot so Ima take it easy obviously.

Im in a pretty generic grow tent 4x4x8.
1000w MH bulb set to 400 for veg.
Will be using 1000 HPS for flower. (and possibly some blue spectrum compensation when I get there.)
intake and out fans pullin both at about 450 cfm approx like 470somethinggsddkhjfls.
Some fans also in the tent for circulation.
FFOF soil.
I plan on using some botanicare veg nutes i have for now to save money for veg then go H&G for flower, full line.
RO water all day.
I got a heater set to 70f oscilating in my room for when it dips and plan on getting a portable ac vented to the crawlspace for when the California weather gets hot. Temps are sitting pretty chill. (Better then when I 1st starting taking care of plants for a friend. I killed some Blue OG plants, a cherry pie, Kantalope Kush, some Vanilla Kush and a chemjack plant....i was learning man..fuuuuck)
 
Ima sex these plants and flower in the tent. I have a veg/clone room under construction. Gonna slap a t5, some fans and a heater/my window ac (12,000btu)
 
I plan on SCROG growing 6 plants in the tent. 3 and 3 of each hopefully.
 
A couple questions. Im sitting at about 40 average humidity. Think im ok? i mean my sprouts look healthy to me but its been like 32 hrs haha. And my GSC seeds came from a jar of bud. So....im thinking while whoever my friend got it from must have had some late stray spontaneous male flower pop. Just cuz i know people around here and my boy wouldnt buy from a novice who uses hermie plants or unstable seed/genetics; just saying. You think these seeds are viable or will hermie right away? I readthey might be feminized? Idk i dont claim to know everything, total noob haha Thanks again guys happy growing.

 

Things seem on point. Fuck even as a sprout Girl Scout is an aggressive feeder. all 10/10 ogth sprouted and my 4/4 gsc also sprouted. stoked

yooooooooooooo guys got some updates. (ima keep updating btw)
my sprouts are staring to show some true leaves and i transplanted some ogh already. roots are looking white plants are happy and green. and I am stoked. the shorter 4 plants in my pics are the GSC, probably hard to see idk haha im lit

 

Oh and I just started germinating more girl scout seeds. I learned about where these specific seeds/cuts/lineage came from. Gonna be fire, cant wait

 

YOOOOO so since ive transplanted the kids ive topped em and my new gsc sprouts are about to be transplanted. How they looking? on point huh?
